50% payment in advance at the time of booking; the dates will then be considered confirmed.

25% payment due 1 month before the function.

The remaining 25% is due 10–15 days before the function, which helps us deliver the edited video promptly.

Please forward us the entire wedding schedule, contact details of a coordinating family member from both sides, and details of the wedding planner and sound operator at least one month in advance to avoid any confusion.

Please allow our team the right amount of time for the best results — a half day is considered 5 hours, and a full day is considered 12 hours.

Please ensure there is no waiting time for the photographer to begin shooting.

Please ensure one coordinating person is available from both the bride's and groom's sides.

For coordination, reach out to Devansh Dadhania — otherwise, the allotted team member will connect with you as needed via call or WhatsApp group.

Please inform the photographer in advance of any changes to the wedding schedule from either side.

Stay, travel, and other expenses outside Rajkot are borne by the client.

Food for all team members will be provided at the venue for the duration of the event.

Delivery will be completed within 3 months of your wedding date.

The edited version will be provided via pendrive or download link.

All raw data will be provided on a hard disk.

After one month from delivery, we are no longer able to secure or store your data.

Delivery happens gradually as deliverables are completed, so there's no need to follow up — for any special requests, please let us know in advance, and everything will be taken care of within 3 months.

Delays in selecting photos for the album, edited photos, or songs for cinematic films will extend the delivery timeline accordingly; the final delivery date depends on how long selections take on your end.

Any corrections requested after delivery will push back the delivery timeline.

Please give careful thought to your song selection for the pre-wedding video, traditional video, teaser, short film, and trailers, as these cannot be changed once finalized.

You're welcome to consult with our team on which song will work best before finalizing.

Any change of song after finalization is chargeable at ₹3,000.

Corrections to your video data will be made by our team, but require a meeting at the studio with the editing team — you (or a representative) will need to visit in person to explain the changes expected.

If you are outstation and a visit isn't feasible, please appoint one person from your side to coordinate with us and make the visit.

Corrected data will be delivered according to the timeline given by the editor.

We recommend completing your album photo selection within a week of receiving the raw images, as delays will affect the delivery timeline.

Delays in album photo selection do not affect our payment terms.

Up to 250 photos may be selected per album, sized 12x30 or 12x36 inches (30 pages). Extra pages are ₹500 each.

Up to 150 photos may be selected per album, sized 12x24 inches (25 pages).

Extra pages apply only if more than 250 photos are selected.

A single traditional videographer will record the entire event — ceremonies, rituals, and group moments — edit it, and deliver it with music added.

If you'd like detailed coverage of the food area, audience, and other extra shots, an additional videographer is required.

If you'd like all relatives (beyond immediate family) captured in candid style with portraits, family groupings, or a studio set-up, a studio photographer will be required at your event.

A candid photographer captures natural candid moments, couple and solo portraits, and creative group shots.

A cinematographer shoots cinematic-style video and delivers a trailer and short film. If you'd like an interview included, please let us know in advance.

A traditional photographer captures ceremonies, group photos, and rituals.

For pre-wedding shoots outside Mumbai, additional charges apply — stay, food, and travel are to be arranged by the client.

In Mumbai, pre-wedding shoot timings are 6:30–7:00am to 10:00–10:30am (morning) and 4:00–4:30pm to 6:30–7:00pm (evening). Please don't be late, as we don't want to miss the best light for your pre-wedding look.

Make-up and hairstyling are to be arranged by the client.

Approximately 100–150 edited photos will be delivered after your selection.

The pre-wedding video song should be selected before the shoot date.

A save-the-date photo is included in the photography package (subject to your pre-wedding package).
